These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of mobile applications and related services ("Apps") operated by Rainbow Works LLC ("Rainbow Works," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our Apps, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our Apps.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use our Apps. By using our Apps, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account and to notify us promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account is used for any unauthorized purpose.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Apps for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Apps or their related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Apps
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Apps
• Use the Apps to transmit harmful, offensive, or infringing content
• Use automated means to access the Apps without our written permission

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Apps — including text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are owned by Rainbow Works or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our Apps without our prior written consent.

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may integrate with third-party services, including Anthropic's API for AI-powered features and analytics services. Your use of these features is also subject to the applicable third-party terms and policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Apps will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rainbow Works shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Apps, regardless of the theory of liability. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Apps shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rainbow Works, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Apps or your violation of these Terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms within the App or by email. Your continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Apps at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Apps ceases immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification — will continue to apply.

General

• Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Rainbow Works regarding the Apps.
